How do I change my billing information?

To change billing information, login to Teleweb using a phone number and PIN, go to Personal Info > Billing Info > Payment Options. Enter new credit card number and expiration date, update cardholder name and address if needed and press Update.
Note: if you have SmartOffice account or an enterprise account with multiple numbers, please contact our Billing team at 877-880-0055, option 4.


Where can I view my explanation of charges or download a past invoice?

To view your explanation of charges, login to Teleweb using phone number and PIN, go to Personal Info > Billing Info > Invoices. Click on PDF picture next to the month you would like to view the explanation of charges for.

Is there a fee associated with canceling my service?

You may receive one final bill if there was any chargeable usage since the last one.

I would like to switch to invoice billing

Intermedia policy mandates that a valid credit or debit card is required for all accounts, for monthly billing. We do not have the ability to switch you to invoice billing at this time.
