How do I change my billing information?
To change billing Information, login to Teleweb using phone number and PIN, go to Personal Info > Billing Info > Payment Options. Enter new credit card number and expiration date, update cardholder name and address if needed and press Update. If you have SmartOffice account or an enterprise account with multiple numbers, please contact our Billing team at 877-880-0055, option 3. Note: updating your credit card does not automatically reactivate the service if it was suspended. To reactivate, please contact our Billing team at 877-880-0055, option 3.
Where can I view my explanation of charges or download a past invoice?
To view your explanation of charges, login to Teleweb using phone number and PIN, go to Personal Info > Billing Info > Invoices. Click on PDF picture next to the month you would like to view the explanation of charges for.
How do I cancel my account?
To cancel your account, contact our Customer Service team by phone at 877-880-0055, option 1 or by email at email@example.com.
Is there a fee associated with canceling my service?
You may receive one final bill if there was any chargeable usage since the last one.
I would like to switch to invoice billing.
Intermedia policy mandates that a valid credit or debit card is required for all accounts, for monthly billing. We do not have the ability to switch you to invoice billing at this time.
