Disable-OwaMailbox cmdlet turns off OWA-only mail services for Active Directory user.

User must not have any other mail services, e.g. Exchange, POP/IMAP, etc.

This cmdlet supports risk-mitigation parameters.

(aliases: GUID, DistinguishedName)

R A property, that is used for managing the user

Value of one of these parameters  can be used as Identity:

1 GUID Globally Unique Identifier (ObjectGuid)
2 DistinguishedName Unique name of the object in Active Directory

Examples of using Disable-OwaMailbox cmdlet

Disabling OWA-only service for user by DistinguishedName:

Disable-OwaMailbox -Identity "CN=test@accountname,OU=accountname,OU=Hosting,DC=exchXXX,DC=domain,DC=local"

Disabling OWA service for users, whose UPN starts with "test":
