You can upload your profile picture, which would show up in Outlook (2010/2013/2016 versions), Lync/Skype for Business and in the Intermedia AnyMeeting in My Services end-user Control Panel:

Note: if the option Upload Photo is not visible, update MyServices Permissions for a user. General profile settings (except password) can be changed to Full Control.
