Email Protection Premium package availability depends on your plan. If the package is not available for you, contact your Sales Manager. 

This article describes how to change Email Protection package.

You can upgrade or downgrade your package at any time by navigating to Services > Email Protection > Package Management.


Important: downgrading removes all custom policy settings and resets all policies to default settings. Custom settings cannot be restored if you decide to upgrade in the future.

Note: if you have custom outbound routing set up on your account, when trying to upgrade/downgrade to/from Premium package you will see the following message:

Custom mail flow is enabled on this account, please contact Support for assistance with changing your package.

Cannot upgrade

To enable/disable Premium in this case, contact Support.
