  • Intermedia Unite Business SMS Messaging - Intermedia Unite users can send and receive text messages to colleagues and customers from their business phone number via the Intermedia Unite Desktop and Mobile application’s chat. This allows Intermedia Unite users to have one business phone number to be used with voice and SMS messages. Read the Knowledge Base article on SMS for more information
  • Mobile Contact Sync - Mobile devices aggregate contacts from nearly all widely-used contact sources: Microsoft O365/Hosted Exchange, Microsoft Outlook, G Suite/Gmail, iCloud, Samsung, Phone/SIM, etc. Users can use a new Mobile contact sync functionality to sync these contacts to Intermedia Unite so they are available within their Intermedia Unite Desktop and Mobile apps to simplify calling and messaging.   • Contact Management in the Intermedia Unite Desktop app – create, edit and delete contacts in Intermedia Unite Desktop and Mobile apps. Read the Knowledge Base article on Personal Contacts for more information
  • Silent mode in Intermedia Unite Mobile apps – schedule times during which you don’t want your Intermedia Unite mobile app to ring on incoming calls or display notifications for new messages, voicemails, and missed calls.   • PBX resources in the Intermedia Unite Desktop App - All PBX resources are available on both the Keypad and Receptionist modes
  • Intermedia AnyMeeting Screen annotation for Intermedia Unite Desktop app - Screen annotation is now available in meetings that are started from the Intermedia Unite Desktop App. This feature allows meeting presenters to engage attendees with their content by giving them the ability to annotate on content they present. June 25, 2019 - Intermedia Unite Auto Attendant update
