  • Language preferences: Intermedia Unite app is now available in German, Dutch, Italian, and Spanish. User can update their language preferences manually in the settings tab, or let the app automatically detect your OS language.   • Favorites in receptionist view: Users can quickly access their favorite contacts in Receptionist View. Read the Knowledge Base article on Receptionist View in Intermedia Unite Desktop App for more information
  • Fixes:
    • All search results are highlighted correctly, previously only first result was highlighted sometimes
    • Further updates won’t lead to lost Application settings

June 4, 2020 – Analytics & Reports within Intermedia Unite Control Panel

New Reports & Analytics tab:

  • A new home for all reporting and analytics capabilities
  • Historical reports for Users and Contact Center Express groups
  • All reports now have:
    • Relative and custom date ranges
    • Filters
    • CSV export for data
    • Print graphical content

Saved and Scheduled Reports:

  • Save any report criteria for easy future execution
  • Automatic scheduled delivery via email:
    • Delivered as an attached CSV file
    • Daily, weekly and monthly frequencies
    • Choice for time of delivery

New  User Report:

  • Graphical report showing call metrics, counts and averages for users
  • Filter on users
  • Visualization of call metric changes over time


Updates to Contact Center Express Reports:

  • Ability to view aggregated data for multiple contact center groups and agents
  • Filters for selecting one, many or all groups/agents

Desktop apps:

  • Mute chats feature: users can now mute any of your chats to stop receiving sound and visual notifications. Read the Knowledge Base article on Intermedia Unite Desktop App: Chat Feature Overview for more information 
  • Default audio and default communication device in audio settings: users can choose between their default audio device, default communications device (Windows only) and other audio devices in the app audio settings. If user chooses the default audio or default communication device, audio settings will be automatically updated when you plug in a new headset, reconnect a headset, dock/undock your PC, etc. Read the Knowledge Base article on Intermedia Unite: Audio Settings FAQ for more information 
  • Disclaimer for SMS to unknown numbers: users are now notified when they are communicating via SMS with an unknown number to help prevent phishing attacks. Read the Knowledge Base article on Intermedia Unite: SMS Feature Overview for more information
  • Fixes:
    • incorrect search for web links in chat
    • several cases when client logged out unexpectedly
  • With the following release we will stop supporting CallScape app. All users must update to the latest verison of Intermedia Unite to continue using the service
