Your presence status is displayed near your profile picture. When the application is running your presence status could be displayed as one of the following states:

  • Available
  • Busy
  • On call
  • Offline


If your presence status is displayed as Offline:

  • Check the Internet connection on your device
  • Terminate the application and relaunch it
  • Perform Logout and repeat Login to the application
