Important: If your company uses Hosted Exchange by Intermedia, contact your account Administrator to change your password.


To reset your Intermedia AnyMeeting password click the Forgot Password link on

Follow the prompts to reset your password. A valid email or cell phone on file is required. This will reset your password to login to AnyMeeting only on


If you are the Account Administrator and want to reset your password to log in to your Control Panel, go to the HostPilot.

Ensure that the For Admins tab is selected.

For admins

If you do not recall your Admin password for the HostPilot Control Panel, you may reset it using the Forgot Password option. This will not reset your Intermedia AnyMeeting Password.

To reset the password for your users:

Once logged in to HostPilot, click on Users and select the User that you wish to reset the password for:


Click Reset password:

Follow the directions on the screen to reset the password.

You may also click anywhere on the screen to expose the Generate Password option:

If the User is not yourself, you will need to give the new password to that User for them to log in again.
