This Extended service allows you to submit a message track request to our Level 2 Support Team. We keep mail logs on our servers for 7 days only, so we can track lost/undeliverable messages sent/received from our servers within the past 7 days.

As a result of the request, you will be provided with a detailed report on delivered messages with such information as the timeframe, size of the message, senders address, return path, etc.

Upon submitting this request, you will have to enter “To” address, “From” address and the date when the message was sent. Additionally, you can enter the subject, message ID, Mail server information (IP address), NDR report and headers of the message.
