In some cases, if you are not able to make and receive calls in Intermedia Unite Desktop App and another party can not hear you in Intermedia AnyMeeting it is caused by Windows privacy and permissions settings. To allow your microphone permissions on Windows 10:

  1. Click the Windows icon in the left bottom corner of the screen
  2. Click Settings and on the next screen select Privacy
  3. On the Privacy tab select Microphone 
  4. Switch the Allow apps to access your microphone setting to ON

After you follow the aforementioned steps, make sure to scroll down the page and check if the Allow desktop apps to access your microphone setting is also set to ON and that the Intermedia Unite Desktop App is present in the list of desktop applications:
