Bulletins at the queue level can be activated from the Admin Portal Queues page by performing the following actions:

  1. Navigate to the Queues page: Configure > General > Queues.

  2. Locate the inbound voice queue you wish to activate the bulletin for and click on Options to the right of the queue.


  3. From the Active Bulletin drop-down menu, select the appropriate bulletin from the list. Click Update, located in the top right corner, to save your changes.

    Note: Bulletins that have been activated or deactivated for a queue from the Bulletins page will automatically be updated on the Queues page.
