To edit a bulletin:

  1. From the Client Admin Portal, navigate to Configure > General > Bulletins.
  2. Click Edit Audio, located to the right of the Bulletin you wish to edit.

  3. If not already selected, from the IVR drop-down menu, select Bulletins to create a new bulletin.

  4. From the Language drop-down menu, select the language in which you wish the bulletin to be recorded. Your language options are EnglishFrench, and Spanish.

  5. Click Edit, located to the right of the bulletin you wish to edit.

    Click Edit

  6. The Edit Prompt dialog box opens. Edit the Description for the bulletin and click OK to save.
    Note: New bulletins will not take effect until the IVR logic is updated accordingly.
