The Vacation Manager lists all pending vacation requests from Agents. From the Vacation Manager, you can Add Vacation, Delete Vacation, Filter Vacation, Set Vacation Status, and Import Information. Also, you can override the set maximum number of vacations allowed and approve one-off vacations.

To access the Vacation Manager tab, select Main Menu > Planning > Vacation Manager.
