In some cases, it is necessary to provide logs for troubleshooting purposes.

To obtain the logs log into your Intermedia Unite Android Mobile Application > My account (your profile picture) > Settings > Turn on Logs toggle (slide to the right to turn on).


Once done, press the Home button on the device to put the app in the background. Then bring the app to the foreground. This will guarantee that the logs started and that they've logged app registration.


Reproduce the issue and navigate to Intermedia Unite Mobile Application again > My account (your profile picture) > Send Feedback.


Send the email that will be generated automatically.
