The article describes the process of end-users creation for Intermedia Standalone Email Archiving.

To create a user:

  1. Navigate to HostPilotĀ® Control Panel > Services > Standalone Email Archiving > click Manage Archive.

  2. Click on Users > New > User.
  3. Fill in all the fields and add roles.

  4. The user will receive an email to activate the account. Once activated, the user needs to use the link in the email to access their account.
