Intermedia performs routine server backups for disaster recovery purposes only. Server backup scope and scheduling is at our sole discretion.

For the server types listed below, we also use scheduled procedures to make weekly or daily copies of files to removable media.
Restoration services are available for customers on any of these servers based on the standard fee rates specified for the plan.

All Preferred servers (weekly backup, retention 4 weeks)
SWH Resellers servers (weekly backup, retention 4 weeks)
SWH Windows 2003 servers (weekly backup, retention 2 weeks)
SWH Windows 2008 servers (weekly backup, retention 2 weeks)
SWH Linux Servers (bi-weekly backup, retention 2 weeks)
Miva Merchant servers (daily backup, retention 1 week)
MSSQL Databases (weekly backup, retention 4 weeks)
MySQL Databases (bi-weekly backup, retention 2 weeks)
MS SQL for DotNetNuke content management system (weekly backup, retention 4 weeks)
MS SQL for Community Server (weekly backup, retention 4 weeks)
MS SQL for SharePoint Services (weekly backup, retention 4 weeks)

Note: Web server raw log files are not included in the backups and cannot be recovered during server restoration.

Web Applications:

SharePoint Team Services (daily backup, retention 2 days)

POP3 Mail Servers: 

            Postfix Mail servers (weekly backup, retention 2 weeks)

To request your files or databases to be restored from any available backups (according to the schedule above), please submit your restoration request from the Extended Services portal. You can log in to the Extended Services portal from HostPilot Control Panel > Support (the Support link is in the top right corner).
