In Entourage you can share your Exchange Inbox, primary Calendar, and primary Address Book with other people. You can share them independently of each other (for example, share your address book but not your calendar). It is important to remember that sharing a folder is not the same as delegating a folder. You can allow someone to manage your Inbox and other Exchange folders by appointing that person as your delegate.

To share an Exchange folder, select the folder in Entourage and then choose the people you want to share it with. Then you can specify permissions for each person you are sharing the folder with.

    Entourage > calendar > sharing
  2. Click on Add User.
  3. Type the name of the first user you want to share the folder with, then click on Find.
  4. Select the person's name in the search results, then click on Ok.
  5. Repeat steps 2-4 for each person you want to share the folder with.
