If your Good Mobile device has been previously used, or has a partial user profile on it, you will need to wipe the device completely and then reactivate your Goodlink account.

To reactivate the account, log in to HostPilot and navigate to:
- Exchange 2003: Wireless Email > Good Mobile Messaging
- Exchange 2007: Services > Good Mobile
After reactivating, you should configure your handheld for Good Mobile using the instructions provided in the OTA message. You should find the OTA message in your mailbox after you have reactivated the Goodlink account.
