This article explains how to re-activate BlackBerry® service for an existing BlackBerry user who has a new, replacement, or upgraded device.
- Log in to HostPilot® Control Panel.
- Navigate to Services > Mailboxes.
- Click the Action link next to the user that you need to activate BlackBerry service for.
- Click Reactivate BlackBerry and follow the prompts.
On the device, navigate to your Enterprise Activation screen, then enter your email address and your new activation password. Click Activate.
