This article describes what to do when you have received a new or replacement device, or upgraded an existing device.

For Exchange 2003 customers:

  1. Log in to HostPilot.
  2. Navigate to Wireless Email > Good Mobile Messaging.
  3. Select the box to the left of the user that needs the re-activation.
  4. Click the Reactivate button and follow the prompts.

For Exchange 2007 customers:

  1. Log in to HostPilot.
  2. Navigate to MS Exchange Server > Services > Good Mobile.
  3. Select the box to the left of the user that needs the re-activation.
  4. Click the Reactivate button and follow the prompts.

Once the mailbox is enabled for GoodLink, an email will be sent to the user with instructions on how to wirelessly activate using GoodLink's Over The Air (OTA) Setup. OTA Setup is accessed via the handheld's browser and requires a PIN, which is provided in the email sent to the user. The device must be able to browse the web in order to use OTA Setup.

On the device, you will need to go to http://get.good.com to download the Good Mobile Messaging application.
Once the download is complete, you will run the OTA Setup and enter all information from HostPilot.
