Important: if you lose the answers to your security questions, there is NO WAY to recover your password and all previously encrypted messages will be permanently sealed.

If you forgot your Secure ID password, you can recover it using the I’ve forgotten my password link in the Secure Mail Tools & Settings.

  1. Open Tools & Settings application. Navigate to Home > ID and Password Tools > I've forgotten my password and need to recover it.

  2. Answer your security questions that you had set up during the activation and click Next.
  3. Type in a new password twice and choose Save Changes.
  4. On Password Updated! page click on Finish
