Unfortunately, end users cannot configure access to public folder contacts on GoodLink, because Exchange 2007 top-level public folders are of the Mail type only. However, there is a workaround that can be implemented on the server for the particular folder. Please open a case with the Technical Support team via HostPilot > Support (the link in the page header in the top right corner) > Create new case. Our system administrators will make the public folder contacts accessible from your device.
