You may receive read receipts with a time zone that differs from your mailbox default time zone.

This problem occurs because the time zone that is used to create the read receipt is taken from the server computer, not from the client computer. This causes a problem if the time zones of the server computer and of the client computer are different. Please note that the time zone of the server that generated the read receipt (the server where the recipient's mailbox is located) is used by default.

Note: due to the shared nature of the Exchange environment, there is not way to change the server time.
