To troubleshoot installation problems and missing features issues for Windows clients, installer logs are needed. To collect installer logs:

  1. Navigate to the C:\Program Files\SecuriSync\Logs\Installer or C:\Windows\temp directory (depends on OS, client version, on which step the update fails etc.) We recommend to check both folders.
  2. Find the log files that were changed recently and look like:

Note: It is recommended to synchronize only to a local hard drive. Do not use desktop Sync client with flash drives, external hard drives, network drives, or any external media.
