To troubleshoot installation problems and missing features issues for Windows clients, installer logs are needed. To collect installer logs:

  1. Navigate to the C:\Program Files\SecuriSync\Logs\Installer or C:\Windows\temp directory (depends on OS, client version, on which step the installation fails etc.) We recommend checking both folders.
  2. Find the log files that were changed recently and look like:

Note: The recommendation is to synchronize to a local hard drive only. Do not use desktop Sync client with flash drives, external hard drives, network drives, or any external media.
