With Entourage Web Services, you can share your Exchange mail folders, calendars, and address books with other people in your organization. You can share these folders independently of each other (for example, share your address book but not your calendar).
To share an Exchange folder, you select the folder in Entourage and then choose the people you want to share it with. Then you can specify permissions for each person you are sharing the folder with.
- In Entourage, hold down Control and click the folder that you want to share, then click on Sharing.
- Type the name or email address of the user you want to share the folder with and click the Find button. Select the user in the list and click Ok.
- In the Permission Level box, select the level you want to give to this user.
To create custom permissions, select the permissions you want to assign, using the checkboxes and options in the Permission Level section of the window.
