To view and manage contacts, log in to HostPilot® Control Panel and navigate to Services > Company Contacts:
On the Company Contacts page, you can create new contacts, change settings, or delete existing contacts.
Read the Knowledge Base article on How do I create new contacts in the Global Address List (GAL) in Exchange? for more information about creating contacts.
To work with existing contacts, use the following under Company Contacts:
- Contact Name: The name that appears in the Global Address List for this contact.
- Email Address: The email address associated with the display name of the contact.
- Action: Click to change settings for the selected contact. You can add the contact to a distribution list, edit the email address, or change the contact information.
- Delete: Click this button to remove the selected contact from the Global Address List.
