The feature helps you to organize your contacts in OCS contact list. You can add any of your Distribution Lists into OCS contacts, it will automatically add all the members of the DL.

To add a Distribution List:

  1. In OCS click Show Menu (upper left-hand corner) and navigate to Tools > Add a Contact...
  2. When it is asking for and email address of the contact, type the primary email address of the Distribution List.
  3. Dsitribution List with all the members is now added to OCS Contacts.

Note: Right-clicking on a Distribution List allows you to apply OCS actions (like starting a conference) to multiple users at once.
