Command Mode allows you to remotely access voicemail messages, record greetings, make menu changes, and more from anywhere by dialing your phone number.

Note: Your available menu options will depend on which of the following package types your number belongs to: Hosted PBX Auto Attendant, SmartFax (Pro)/WebFax, Smart800, SmartMessage, SmartNumber, or SmartOffice. This guide does not apply to Hosted PBX desk phones.

To access Command Mode:

  • Call your Intermedia phone number
  • Enter your PIN as soon as you hear it ringing and you will be presented with your home menu.

  • 1 - Listen to Voicemail
    • 1 - Replay Message
    • 2 - Delete Message
    • 3 - Save Message
    • 5 - Skip Message
    • 6 - Send / Forward Message
    • 7 - Go back a message
    • 8 - Back to Main Directory
    • 9 - Make a Call
    • 9* - Callback the sender of a VM
    • 9*1 - Read back the phone number of the VM
    • 55 - Skip to Saved
    • 77 - Back to Beginning
    • 0 - Need Help?
    • * - Fast Forward 6 seconds
    • # - Rewind 6 Seconds
  • 2 - Direct Calls
