There are several things that can lead to this problem:

  1. First of all, make sure you have "Accept cookies" enabled in your browser.
  2. The browser reads the information from its cache without actually contacting the server.
    Solution: please clear cache and try again.
  3. The browser reads cached information from proxy server.
    Solution: turn off proxy settings in your browser and try again.
  4. Connection to POP Server Management requires port 8000 to be open in proxy and/or firewall settings.
    Solution: contact your ISP (or, MIS department) with the request to open connection to this port.
  5. Connection to LiveStats Statistics reporting requires port 999 to be open in proxy and/or firewall settings.
    Solution: contact your ISP (or MIS department) with the request to open connection to this port.
