This article describes managing Office 365 products purchased from Intermedia. Availability depends on your billing plan.

Important: Encryption for Office 365 requires Exchange services enabled with Office365.

How to enable Email Encryption

  1. Log in to HostPilotĀ® Control Panel
  2. Navigate to Services > Email Encryption

  3. Choose one of the available templates for settings > Click Install Encryption
  4. Create or adjust the SPF record for your domain to include emg.intermedia.net

    For example: your_domain.com, TXT, "v=spf1 include:spf.protection.outlook.com include:emg.intermedia.net ~all"

Note: Once the Install button is clicked, the Send Connecter will be automatically created in the Office 365 account.

Message Pickup Center

To access Message pickup center: 

  1. Log in to HostPilot
  2. Navigate to Services > Email Encryption
  3. Go to Email encryption > Message pickup center

  1. Log in to HostPilot
  2. Navigate to Services > Email Encryption
