To manage or view Email Security settings, navigate to HostPilot® Control Panel > Services > Email Security. To restrict particular senders from sending to your company, navigate to Inbound Policy > select the policy > Blocked Senders. You can add an email address, domain of the sender you want to block.
To allow particular senders to send to your company, select Safe Senders tab and add an email address, domain or IP address of the sender you want to allow to send to you. Also, IP ranges can be added to the Policy Level Safe & Blocked Senders List.
You will see these notification signs if the same sender is added to both Blocked Senders and Safe Senders lists simultaneously.
To import Safe Senders or Blocked Senders lists from CSV file, click Upload from CSV link.
Entries in the CSV files should be separated by commas or semi-colons or they should be on different rows.
Note: Safe Senders list overrides Blocked Senders list. A sender added to both lists will be considered as safe.
