Known Issues

  1. NAT feature may be disabled by default and needs to be enabled.
  2. DNS servers need to be configured to a set of efficient DNS servers in order to prevent issues with registration on Polycom phones.

Resolution

  1. Log in to the router.
  2. Change the DHCP DNS servers (Polycom only)
    • Click on Gateway > Connection > Local IP Network > Check Assign DNS Manually > Enter the following:
    • Primary DNS Server: 8.8.8.8
    • Secondary DNS Server: 8.8.4.4
    • Click Save Settings
  3. Click on Advanced > NAT > uncheck Disable All if it checked.
  4. Reboot the router, phones and computers on the network.
  5. Contact Intermedia Support if the issues persist.
