The IP address cannot be used to access your website. In order to make your website accessable without using your own domain name, there is an autodomain assigned to every account - WebAccountName.serveronline.net.

To access your website

  1. Navigate to HostPilotĀ® Control Panel > Welcome > Account Details section > copy your autodomain name.
    .

    .
  2. Paste http://WebAccountName.serveronline.net URL into your web browser.

Windows 2003\ColdFusion

There is a dedicated IP-address assigned to every Windows 2003 hosted website. You can find this IP-address in the HostPilotĀ® Control Panel >  Web/FTP Server > Web Server > Server Information. For example, if your website IP-address is 12.34.56.78, you can access it using http://12.34.56.78 URL.

Linux

There is a dedicated IP-address assigned to every Linux hosted website. You can find this IP-address in the HostPilot Control Panel >  Web/FTP Server > Apache Server > Server Settings. For example, if your website IP-address is 12.34.56.78, you can access it using http://12.34.56.78 URL.

The Shared IP-address on Windows 2008 servers will work as well, it can be found in the HostPilot on Web Server > Server Information page.
