There is a known issue with NOT being able to access the Voicemails using the Message button on Cisco SPA series. This is a result of the phone having the incorrect Ext number with in the Settings of the phone. 

To Correct/Verify this issue please use the following steps:

Cisco SPA303 and SPA504G:

  1. Menu
  2. Option #8 Voicemail
  3. Clear - (Enter correct Ext #)
  4. Press Save

Cisco SPA525G2:

  1. Menu
  2. User Preferences - Press Select
  3. Call Preferences - Press Select
  4. Voicemail - Press Select
  5. delchar - (Enter correct Ext #)
  6. Press Set
