This article describes the procedure for Call Forwarding on the Cloud Softphone. This is separate from any other forwarding that may be configured online, in the FollowMe Forwarding settings of the Flex Phone Teleweb.

The Cloud Softphone can be configured to forward all calls to a different phone or extension.

To configure it, go to Settings -> Account Setup -> Advanced Settings -> Call Forwarding.

  • To set up the forward, enter the destination number in the Forward To field.
  • To disable the forwarding, remove the number from the Forward To field.
