This article provides an overview of Archiving management control panel.

Read the Knowledge Base article on Email Archiving: Data Management for more information about how to log in to Archiving management control panel.

Dashboard

On the Dashboard tab of Archiving management control panel you can start new search, view recent searches and your archive statistics.

Please note that 2 system users are created automatically, so in Total users field you will see the number of users enabled for Email Archiving + 2. This will not affect charges though.

Search

On the Search tab of Archiving management control panel you can view Saved Searches:

Settings

On the Settings tab of Archiving management control panel you can edit Account information and General settings such as Items per page, Default page, Time zone and Default View.

Please contact Support if you want to change Contact Email address.

Policies

On the Policies tab of Archiving management control panel you can view Retention Policy status. By default retention policy is disabled, data will not be deleted.

Please contact Support if you want to change the policy.
Retention policy can be set to: 0 - 50 years , 0 - 11 months.
Note: the archived data will be stored for 30 days after the account is terminated.

Reports

On the Policies tab of Archiving management control panel you can generate reports and send it via email.

Please note that if user is logged in to Archiving management control panel via My Services, the report will be sent to his email address.

If user is logged in via HostPilotĀ® Control Panel, then the report will be sent to the email address listed under Settings tab.
