Read the Knowledge Base article on How Do I Configure Mac Mail Client To Connect To POP/IMAP Mailbox? from POP/IMAP mailboxes on Exchange accounts.

To configure Mail to connect to a POP/IMAP mailbox:

1. In Mail, go to File > Add Account.
2. Enter your Full Name, Email Address and Password of the POP/IMAP mailbox:

3. Enter the required information in the Incoming Mail Server window:

o Select Account Type (POP or IMAP)
o Input Incoming Mail Server (you can find this information by going to HostPilotĀ® Control Panel > Mail Server > Mail Server Settings > General Information > Mail Server Name)
o User Name: Your Primary Email address
o Password: Your POP/IMAP mailbox password

4. Input Outgoing Mail Server (you can find this information by going to HostPilotĀ® Control Panel > Mail Server > Mail Server Settings > General Information > Mail Server Name)

5. Click Create.
