The HPBX 2.0 supports 4 types of Call Transfer: Internal Transfer, External Transfer, Network-Based Call Transfer (#5) and Transfer to Voicemail.  Additionally, Internal and External Transfers can be performed in a Supervised or Unsupervised manner.

The only difference between an Internal Transfer and an External Transfer is that Internal Transfers are transferred to extension numbers (not virtual extensions) and External Transfers are transfers to 10-digit phone numbers outside of the customer's Intermedia enterprise.

Note: Call Transfer to a Virtual Extension is NOT supported.
