The feature is available for McAfee Email Protection Advanced Plan (and higher).

This article describes how to disable quarantine for McAfee Email Protection and have messages delivered to Inbox with [Spam] tag in the subject.

Change Quarantine Options for McAfee Email Protection

In order to change Quarantine settings do the following:

  1. Login to HostPilot and navigate to Services > Protection > Manage.
    Note: Only Advanced and Email Data Loss plans can be managed.
  2. In McAfee Control Console navigate to Email Protection > Policies > Inbound Policies > Select the policy to be modified and click Edit.
  3. In the Policy Set window navigate to Spam > Classification> Specify the action to be performed when a spam message is detected:
