  • What are the make and model of your routers and your modem?
  • Are you using an Intermedia wireless adapter?
  • If yes, are the issues only happening on the wireless phones?
  • When did the issue start?
  • Are they constant or intermittent?
  • Have you changed anything in your network, switched ISPs, or changed how the phones are set up?
