Known Issues

  1. SIP ALG is enabled by default and cannot be disabled, this can cause only 1 phone to ring, intermittent one-way audio, calls going directly to voicemail, inability to transfer calls & many other phone feature failures.
  2. There is a known bug where the router will intermittently reboot when a voice call is initiated.


  1. Replace the router with a compatible one. 
  2. Intermedia cannot setup the new router for you, but your IT or the manufacturer of your new router can help you.  They will need to move settings from the old to the new router to ensure your computers and other devices on the network work properly.
