This article provides instructions on how to receive spam emails to the Junk Email folder of the mailbox rather than storing them in a quarantine and receiving a spam report.

Important: the option is available only on the Advanced Email Protection plan and higher.

In order to do this:

Email Protection 
  1. Log in to HostPilotĀ® Control Panel and navigate to Services > Protection.


  1. Click Manage to log in to the McAfee Control Console.
Update policy to tag subject with [SPAM}
  1. Navigate to the Email Protection tab > Policies tab > double-click the policy nameSpam tab > Classification tab.
  2. Select Tag subject with "[SPAM]" option from the probably spam (medium likelihood) drop-down list
  3. Click Save.
