  • You previously received an email from Intermedia titled “Welcome to Voice Services” with your login and temporary password. Click on the link within that email to reset your password and set up your security questions.

  • Visit www.intermedia.net and select Login > Customer Login.

  • Log into your HPBX Admin Portal.
  • Select the Hold Music Tab.
  • Select Add New Hold Music.

Q: How do I setup voicemail?

  • Press the Voicemail button on your phone and when prompted for the password, dial '0000' to change the PIN, record your name and voicemail greeting. Your PIN should be between 6 and 10 digits, must not start with a zero and cannot be too repetitive.

  • Log in to your Auto Attendant account at https://exchange.intermedia.net/ControlPanel/Login?ClientType=Voice.
  • Enter your Auto Attendant phone number (XXXXXXXXXX) and 6-10 digit PIN you created to set up this account.
  • Click 'Menus' and click 'Script' next to the menus you wish to record.
  • Follow the 'Greeting Instructions' located on the scripts to record your greetings.
  • Click 'Bulletins' and click 'Script' next to the bulletins you wish to record.
  • Follow the 'Greeting Instructions' located on the scripts to record your greetings.
