Known Issues

  1. We do not known if this device has SIP ALG or not.
    • Please contact Intermedia Voice Technical Support so we can better document all necessary changes that need to be made to this router.
  2. WAN pings needs to be enabled for call quality monitoring and troubleshooting purposes.

Resolution

  1. Login to the gateway.
  2. The following optional step is needed for call quality monitoring and troubleshooting purposes:
    • Go to Security -> Firewall -> Block Anonymous Internet Requests -> Uncheck
    • These options should be left enabled:
      • Block Fragmented IP packets
      • SPI Firewall Protection
      • Block Port Scan Detection
      • IP Flood Detector
    • Click Save Settings.
  3. We need more information on this router to find out if the other basic router requirements can be made on this router.
