This article describes how to add and manage the email address associated with the Public folder.

Email address of the top-level Public Folder

To set and manage email addresses for the Public Folder:

  1. Log in to HostPilotĀ® Control Panel
  2. Navigate to Services > Public Folders
  3. Select Email Addresses

Email address of the Public Sub-folder

Public Sub-folder can be mail-enabled as well. To add email address to the sub-folder submit an extended service request Mail-enabled Public Sub-folder. To submit the request navigate to HostPilot > Support > Extended Services > Mail-enabled Public Sub-folder.
