Issue: Out Of Office (or Automatic reply, or Autoreply) page is blank in OWA.



  • Clear your browser cache.
  • For Exchange 2007 and 2010 only. Open OWA in Light mode. Browse OWA direct URL: https://proxy-address/owa and check the box 
  • For Internet Explorer only. Add OWA site to compatibility mode. Go to Tools (gear icon) > Compatibility View Settings > paste for Exchange 2010 > Add
  • Disable all add-ons in browser.

Note: as workaround you may setup Out of office from My Services.

Note: if you see Out Of Office for internal users only while part for external users is missing, contact Support for resolution.
