You are able to remotely access voicemail messages, record greetings, change your PIN, and more from anywhere by dialing your phone number.

Accessing your Voice mail for the first time

When your voice services account is created, and you have an active extension assigned to a VoIP device, you will recieve a welcome e-mail containing your temporary voice mail PIN.  You can use this PIN to log into your voicemail, from your device, and have the ability to change your PIN number through the automated voice prompts.

If you cannot find your welcome e-mail to locate your temporary PIN, you can access user account settings and personalization options through the 'My Services' portal.  

To access My Services:

  1. Login to My Services from the User Login Portal.
  2. Once logged in, you can click on Voice Services > Voice mail & PIN to change your voice mail PIN.

Accessing voice mail from your device

To access your voice mail options:

  • Call your Intermedia Unite phone number
  • When you hear the voicemail greeting, press # to stop the greeting
  • Dial your extension number, followed by #
  • Enter your PIN, followed by #
  • You will be presented with your home menu

Available Options:

  • 1 - Listen to New Voicemail
    • 1 - Replay Message
    • 2 - Delete Message
    • 3 - Save as 'New' Message
    • 4 - Skip Message
    • 5 - Callback the sender of a VM
    • # - Skip Envelope (message) details

  • 2 - Listen to Old Voicemail
    • 1 - Replay Message
    • 2 - Delete Message
    • 3 - Save as 'New' Message
    • 4 - Skip Message
    • 5 - Callback the sender of a VM
    • # - Skip Envelope (message) details

  • 3 - Personal Options
    • 1 - Record VM greeting
    • 2 - Change PIN
    • * - Return to previos menu
