Any account owner or technical contact can view call history for any active extensions once they have logged into the admin portal from the following URL: owa.intermedia.net <For Admins>

Next you would follow the path described below to get to the Call history of the particular extension you want to see the history for.

  1. Click on Voice Services.

  2. Click on manage extension under numbers & extensions

  3. Once the desired extension is selected toggle to call history on the left had side of the phone settings.

  4. After call history is selected we can select the month from the drop down to export the inbound and outbound calls for the desired 30 days period.

  5. Once the monthly report is open we can download to a PC in CSV format to keep a record or as needed to fit our business requirments.
