Any account owner or technical contact can view call history for any active extensions once they have logged into the admin portal from the following URL: owa.intermedia.net <For Admins>
Next you would follow the path described below to get to the Call history of the particular extension you want to see the history for.
- Click on Voice Services.
- Click on manage extension under numbers & extensions
- Once the desired extension is selected toggle to call history on the left had side of the phone settings.
- After call history is selected we can select the month from the drop down to export the inbound and outbound calls for the desired 30 days period.
- Once the monthly report is open we can download to a PC in CSV format to keep a record or as needed to fit our business requirments.
