To complete HostPilotĀ® Control Panel Upgrade an Account Owner needs to accept the Terms and Conditions.


To do so:

  1. Log into your account as an administrator.

  2. Select the new account to access.

    Note: You may still log in to your old account to manage it.

  3. Follow the steps highlighted in the Getting Started with HostPilot wizard.

Customize notifications settings to receive emails or text messages from Intermedia on specified occasions.

Note: Account contacts have already been transferred from your existing account. Please verify they are correct and add or delete contacts as necessary.

Set up Account Contacts who are allowed to log in to HostPilot to view and manage various items. Read the Knowledge Base article on Account Contacts and Contact Roles for more information.

Click Finish to start using HostPilot to create users, enable services, open and view support tickets, etc. You may learn more in What Is HostPilot? How Does It Work? Knowledge Base article.

You may now switch between your accounts using a dropdown menu.

Note: Your existing account billing history will not be available on the new account.
